“We are what we eat.” We have all heard it, but most of us do not completely comprehend or accept it, because we are not aware how diet and dietary habits really impacts our health. However, we keep popping pills to deal with various digestive diseases ranging from Gas and Bloating, Acid reflux, Heartburn, Liver and Gall bladder Cancer, Obesity, Gastroenteritis, Stomach Ulcers, Pancreatitis and the list goes on. We were not born with these diseases, so then from where have we gotten them? The cause is primarily related to what we eat and our daily life styles. Over 90% Americans suffer from some sort of digestive problems. According to Ayurveda, healthy digestion is the cornerstone of good health. All digestive problems and symptoms should be considered warning signs of future serious health issues.
During this session, we will discuss how to build a strong and healthy digestive system and live a disease free life!
